Standing Order Profiles Series Information Tab

The Series Information tab displays detailed information about the series that are associated with the selected profile. From this page you can:

View High-Level Series Information (1)
View the Series Detail Page and Email Series Information (2)
View Program Type/Frequency/Cycle, PO#, and Quantity (3)
View a List of All Titles in the Series (4)
View Related Series (5)
View and Edit Ordering Information for a Series (6)
Search for a Series (7)

View High-Level Series Information

At the top of the Series Information tab, you can view a high-level overview of the series associated with the profile.

Program Type – The program associated with the profile. Options are:
     Automatically Yours
     Children’s and Teens
     Continuations

Profile Type – The type of profile associated with the series. Options are:
     Auto Shipment
     Notifications

Total Series – The total number of series associated with the profile.

Total Copies – The total number of copies for all titles associated with the profile.
 

Click on the email icon to email a spreadsheet containing all series information to someone in your organization.



View the Series Detail Page and Email Series Information

Click on a series name  (1) to view the Series Detail page. Click on the email icon (2) to email detailed series information to another user. An email pop-up window will display. From here, you can enter any notes you wish to send to the user, and opt to send a copy of your email to yourself.

 

The above information is easily viewable from the Series Information tab next to each series associated with the selected profile.



Up to 5 PO#s will display. If there are more than 5 POs, click View Additional QTYs to view the rest of the PO#s associated with the series.

View a List of All Titles in the Series

Click on the Title Listing tab to view the six latest available titles associated with the current series. Click on a title name to view the Item Details page for that title. Duplicate checking at the cart, order, and series level is available here so you can easily spot duplicate titles. 

 



View Related Series

Click on the Related Series tab (if available) to view series that are related to the series you are currently viewing. Click on a series name to view the Series Detail page for that selection.  If you’re interested in adding the series/author to your profile, expand the Ordering Information tab for that series/author to add it to your profile.





View and Edit Ordering Information for a Series

Expand the Ordering Information tab for a series to view current ordering information, including the quantity, P.O. #, and start date for the series. You can make changes to the series here, such as altering the quantity ordered for the title. Add any internal notes pertaining to this order in the Notes field. If you have any notes for our Standing Orders team, enter them in the Special Instructions field. Once you’ve made your changes, click Request Modification. Your request will be sent to the Pending Modifications tab and will reside there until it has been processed.
 




Search for a Series

To quickly find a series, use the Search Within Profile section. Enter a search term and then select how you’d like to search: by Series ID, Series Name, Last Issue Pub. Date, or Last Issue Price.  
 




Refine Your Search Results

You can easily refine the displaying series and authors by clicking on the Series Status, Frequency/Cycle, Format, or Series Audience level you wish to view.





Perform an Action

Use the Series Actions drop-down to perform one of the following actions to a selected series. To select a series, place a checkmark next to the series for which you will perform the action.



Remove Selected Series

Select the checkbox next to each series you wish to remove, and then select this option. A pop-up window, listing the series you wish to delete, displays. Click the X next to a series to remove it from the deletion request. 



Click Continue. You’ll get a success message. Your request will be sent to the Pending Modifications tab and will reside there until it has been processed.


Set Quantities

Select this option to change the quantity ordered for the selected series. Your request will be sent to the Pending Modifications tab and will reside there until it has been processed.
