How will I know if a product is non-returnable?
Non-Returnable products display a special icon.
Non-Returnable items display a special icon 
on all pages within the system. Please note that all eBooks are considered to be Non-Returnable in the system.
To eliminate all non-returnable items from displaying in the system, select Yes for Exclude Non-Returnables within the Product Type Filters section on the My Preferences page. Remember, however, that selecting Yes for this option will prevent you from seeing eBooks anywhere in the system.
