Video Tutorial: Physical To Digital Cart Conversion

Use the Physical To Digital Conversion Cart Action to automatically convert the physical items in your cart into digital versions.

You can convert your cart using the Cart Actions found on the Mange Carts page or on the Cart Details page. Just select Physical to Digital Conversion from the Cart Actions drop-down field next to the cart(s) you wish to convert. 




Complete the following information on the Convert Cart Format pop-up, then click Convert Cart (5):

1.  New Cart Name - Enter a new name for the converted cart.
2.  Select a folder for the copied cart(s) - Select which folder you wish to have the system send the cart to after conversion. 
3.  Select your E-Supplier preference - Select Axis 360 from the drop-down menu.
4.  Select your digital format preference - If you want to have the system convert your items into both eBooks and eAudiobooks, select Both. If you want your items converted to only eBooks, select eBook. To convert items to eAudiobooks only, select eAudiobooks. 



You will receive the following success message. Click Close Window.




Once the system has completed the cart conversion, you will receive an alert. Click on My Alerts to view the alert, and then click Show All My Alerts.




The Alerts page will display. Open the conversion alert by clicking on the plus icon next to it.




Click Review Cart Now to view the converted cart.



The Cart Details page will display for the converted cart. From here, you can edit the cart as usual, removing those converted items you do not wish to order.
